You have placed an Order with bangelibangDesign.

Payment

- All payments are taken direct when your order is made, either through PayPal or with a debit/credit card. You will receive an email when the order is sent and you need to allow 4-7 working days for your order to arrive within UK. International deliveries, 8-15 days.
If it is a HURRY - email us on bangelibang@btinternet.com and hopefully we can help you.

- Your PaylPal information, or the confirmation email from us, IS your only receipt. (unless you need an Invoice, but then you can contact us on our email)

Postage

- We use Royal Mail's First Class as standard, but can be upgraded to signed for delivery if you prefer that. Email us if you would like that upgraded.

- If we are given the wrong delivery address or if the item is not collected from the depot address you have been given, usually the goods come back to us, and you will have to pay a new delivery cost.

- Overseas delivery is standard Air Mail, no tracking. Can be up-graded if you would like to "International Signed For"

- Our RETURN Policy.

If you for any reason feel that the Jewellery is not right for you, we will offer a Full Refund (excluding postage fees) provided the item is returned within 7 days of the date of delivery (or Royal Mail’s first attempted delivery) and is in it’s original, unworn condition. Please email us to arrange for a refund of your order, with Name, address, and a desciption of the items you want to Return.

- Customized Jewellery.
